Pharmacy in USA

Welcome Pharma grads,
This is a basic information i wanna make u all clear with regarding Pharmacy Career in USA.
Well now USA is not that fruitful wat u see from here.It was a different thing for the people who graduated before 2003.
For any Pharma graduate who wanna pursue Pharma Practice in USA 'll need to give NAPLEX
to be a registered Pharmacist there which is too money yeilding and a respective job believe me.But the NAPLEX board have changed the eligibility for examination to 5 Bachelors which we Indian Students recieve only 4 years so we are not eligible for being registered Pharmacist there.
Dont loose your hopes dear studs u can have two ways to move to USA.
1) U can move USA for ur masters there like M.Pharm which they call M.S.The status of both degree is same depends on which university u move to.For this u'll have to clear ur GRE and TOEFL here and approach a good univerity based on your score. Then after completion of MS u can join a industrial career there in R&D or Analytical division but remember that u do not become eligible for NAPLEX considering MS degree there ok.
2)Another way is to pursue PharmD there for that u'll have to give PCAT and get into admission there in third year directly then u'll have to go for four more years to complete PharmD there as it's a six year program for fresh students after 12th std.
Hope this information helps u...
ThanX...
